At Koio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your handcrafted Italian footwear. We offer free returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is submitted, a prepaid UPS shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at home.
Pack Your Shoes
Place the unworn shoes in their original dust bag and box, then secure them inside a shipping carton with the prepaid label attached to the outside.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized UPS location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of the package being scanned.
